The Los Angeles Lakers host the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 11th at the STAPLES Center. Here is all the information you need to watch or listen to the game!

The Los Angeles Lakers are in the midst of a brutal stretch of their schedule. Including Friday night’s game against the Denver Nuggets, the Lakers will be playing 10 out of 11 games against playoff contenders, including seven straight games.

After losing to the Nuggets on Friday, the Lakers will return home for a tough two-game stretch. They will get a rematch against the Nuggets on Tuesday. Before that game, the Lakers will be hosting LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Cavaliers are in the midst of a six-game road trip. They have split their games thus far, defeating the Nuggets on Wednesday and losing to the Clippers on Friday. As a result of that schedule, they will actually have traveled less than the Lakers coming into this game as they have been in Los Angeles for a few days already.

Cleveland has had some mixed results since their overhaul at the NBA Trade Deadline. They are acclimating to new faces, and still, have Kevin Love sidelined. Two of those players came from the Lakers.

The Lakers and Cavaliers completed a big trade at the deadline. Los Angeles sent Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. to Cleveland in exchange for Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye and a 2018 first-round pick.

This will be the first time that the players will face their old teams since the trade. Expect Clarkson and Nance Jr. to be very motivated in their return to the STAPLES Center. They will want to put on a show in front of their former fans and against their old teammates.

Thomas should have motivation as well. He will want to show the Cavaliers that they gave up on him too quickly and that he can still be a productive player despite his early struggles.

In the first matchup this season, the Lakers were competitive. The Cavaliers defeated the Lakers 121-112. James had a triple-double, while Love led the team with 28 points. He will not be playing in tonight’s game.

The Lakers will also be without their leading scorer from that night, as Brandon Ingram is dealing with an injury. He has not played since March 1st. Kyle Kuzma, who scored 20 points in that matchup, has replaced him in the starting lineup. Lonzo Ball also had a good game, scoring 13 points with 11 assists and eight rebounds.

Will the Lakers be able to exact some revenge and defeat the Cavaliers tonight? We will have to watch and see! Here is all the information you need to watch or listen to the game tonight!
