Recent Los Angeles Lakers rumors involve a potential trade package for Bradley Beal, as the Washington Wizards would want Lonzo Ball in a return package.
Draft day is getting closer, and trade talks and Los Angeles Lakers rumors are heating up.
The Washington Wizards reportedly would want Lonzo Ball included in Bradley Beal any trade. If the Lakers are able to give up the fourth pick, Lonzo Ball, and either Kyle Kuzma or Josh Hart while keeping Brandon Ingram, its a win for them.
Ever since John Wall’s season-ending injured, Bradley Beal averaged 27.0 points on 47.5% shooting from the field, 6.1 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game. He shot 35.7 percent from the 3-point line and 82.3 percent on foul shots the final 46 games of the season.
Beal averaged 25.6 points, five rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game throughout the regular season, which is very impressive, yet, he did not make an All-NBA team.

Lonzo Ball is a tremendous defender and playmaker, but he may need a change of scenery. As for Bradley Beal, LA may be the ideal place for him to play.
He will be recognized for his game more, and of course, playing alongside LeBron James. A trio of LeBron-Beal-Ingram could take the league by storm. Brandon Ingram, post-All-Star break and prior to his injury, was averaging 27.8 points per game. LeBron James is the still arguably the best player in the league, and Bradley Beal is no scrub, as I eluded to earlier.
If the Lakers are hoping to sign Kyrie Irving or Kemba Walker, Lonzo Ball will likely not want to come off the bench; he would want to be a starter. The Wizards will not only get a promising guard in Ball, but they will also get the fourth pick in the NBA draft, and likely Kyle Kuzma, and/or Josh Hart.
The Lakers are in win-now mode, and it would be a perfect offseason for them if they are able to trade for Bradley Beal and sign Kyrie Irving or Kemba Walker.
Beal and Wall were not able to make much happen together, so it might be best for both teams to make this deal happen. Lonzo could flourish with less pressure, LeBron will get the shooter he needs, the Wizards will be set for the future and the Lakers will be set for the present. It’s a win-win for both teams.
