The Los Angeles Lakers are going to be the most nationally televised team this season, and rightfully so.

The NBA released the 2019-20 schedule on Monday afternoon. The Lakers are going to be featured as the nationally televised game quite often.
The NBA wants to showcase their best teams and players, and they are doing that with the Lakers, who will have more than half their games this season broadcast nationally.
Los Angeles will lead the league in nationally televised games this season, and rightfully so. They will be on national television a total of 43 times, just beating out the Golden State Warriors, who will be on national television 42 times.
The Lakers will be playing five times on ABC, 14 times on ESPN and 12 times apiece on TNT and NBA TV.
Only the Philadelphia 76ers will be featured more on ABC, while no other team tops their appearances on the other stations. The Warriors will also appear 12 times on TNT, while the Houston Rockets, LA Clippers, Warriors and 76ers will also appear on NBA TV 12 times apiece.
Rounding out the top-five in nationally televised games with the Lakers are the Rockets, Warriors, Clippers and 76ers. The least televised teams are the Charlotte Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, Chicago Bulls and Memphis Grizzlies. The Hornets and Cavaliers will appear three times each, while the other teams will play four games on national television.
The Lakers will rightfully be the most televised team this season. When you have LeBron James and add someone the caliber of Anthony Davis alongside him, that becomes must-see television. The Lakers will once again be in the title picture, making them a team that people will want to watch.
The Lakers will have some intriguing matchups throughout the season. The games against the Clippers and New Orleans Pelicans will garner a ton of attention, especially Davis’ first visit back to New Orleans.
The longest stretch of games the Lakers have this season without being on national television is five. They have four separate stretches of four consecutive games being on national television.
