Anthony Davis (B+) – Laker fans have been waiting for the Anthony Davis show and it did not disappoint. In the preseason opener, Davis led the team in scoring with 22 points and pulled down 10 boards in just 18 minutes. The connection with LeBron is strong and we can not wait to see the duo in the regular season. Davis did everything you could ask for in the preseason showcasing his defense and court vision.

Kostas Antetokounmpo (C) – Antetokounmpo will spend much of his time in the G League as he is a two-way contract player. He made a couple of nice blocks and was able to put in some baskets. He will only get better playing more minutes to help grow his game.

Jared Dudley (C-) – Dudley only played in three games in the preseason and did not have a lot of minutes. In a crowded preseason, it is tough to get a lot of playing time. However, Jared had a nice game where he knocked down two shots from behind the arc.

LeBron James (A) – As if we did not know what LeBron could do. He showed that he can and will do it all. His defense looked solid and the jumper was there. He and Davis have seemed to have gelled together nicely and will be fun to watch now in the regular season.

Danny Green (C) – Danny Green struggled through the preseason and could not seem to find his rhythm. The good thing is that it is just preseason and hopefully he has gotten the rust off and should be ready for the regular season.
