Dwight Howard and the JaVale McGee combination helped shut down the Bulls offense.

JaVale McGee played better in this game and Frank Vogel gave him more minutes. His energy in the second half started the big run at the start of the second half. In 17 minutes, McGee scored 10 points, grabbed six rebounds, had three assists and two blocks. He didn’t miss from the field hitting all of his four shots and ran the floor well.

Now to this Dwight Howard dude. Message to the Los Angeles Lakers. GUARANTEE that contract. NOW!

Dwight Howard missed his first shot of the game when he missed a bunny layup close to the basket. After that, this guy was a problem to the Chicago Bulls all night long.

First, he was called for a questionable foul on Chandler Hutchinson (He had all ball!), then the rim was closed.

The rest of the NBA needs to grab the context of taking the ball to the basket and dunking the ball. Dwight Howard will not give up layups. Coby White is a rookie and he may not have known better, but this is basically a new focused Dwight Howard. Keep making Lake Show Life look like a credible website Mr. Howard. Never forget the article that might have put you on.

Dwight Howard was one of the major factors in the comeback by bringing toughness and energy that the Bulls could not match. In 24 minutes, Howard scored six points and collected six rebounds. But the box score is not the story here. When he is on the floor, the Lakers’ defensive intensity improves. Plus he inspires his teammates with his physicality.

To any Lakers fan that thinks that Howard is not serious. This is Howard after the game.
