LeBron James

If the Los Angeles Lakers have any chance of winning the Larry O’Brien trophy this season, it will fall upon the broad shoulders of LeBron James to carry them to the promised land.

In LeBron James, you have potentially one of the greatest players to ever play the game.

His impact not just in the game of basketball but on society has been far-reaching. Not since the days of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Bill Russell has a player advocated for the betterment of not just his community, but for those who came before him and those who will come after him.

James has used his platform to elevate and inform and he has set the blueprint for those who come after to do the same.

On the court, LeBron James is one of the most unstoppable monsters the NBA has ever seen. One of the most frightening and thrilling sights you can see in all of the sports is LeBron James with a full head of steam on the fast break.

Watch in awe as he races down the court at a frightening pace, going coast to coast and slamming it down viciously. Try and stop him at your peril as is it like stopping a freight train.

So far this season LeBron has shown a willingness to defend. This had been missing in the regular season for quite a while, choosing to save his energy for the playoffs.

LeBron seems to be on a mission this season to show the world that he is still the most dominant basketball player on the planet and from his work so far this season, he is doing just that.

If LeBron can stay healthy and enter the playoffs with energy then the Lakers have a good chance to get to the finals.

LeBron’s partnership with Anthony Davis will play a huge role also. If Davis and LeBron can learn to play effectively together, then the rest of the NBA is in trouble.
