1. Danny Green sends game to OT

Danny Green signed with the Lakers this offseason to help provide this team with a 3-point shooting. It didn’t take very long for him to show that impact was worth the signing. On November 1st the Lakers played Dallas and he would hit the biggest shot of the season so far against one of the top teams in the West.

In a showdown in Dallas, the Lakers struggled most of the night being down by double-digits most of the night. The deficit made it’s way up to 15 on a few occasions. But the Lakers would rally late and Green would ultimately swing the momentum to the Lakers side.

With three seconds left, James drove baseline and kicked out to Green down 103-100 and Green knocked down a corner 3-pointer to send the game to OT. The Mavericks had a chance to foul and decided not too, Green made them pay for it.

What makes this even more entertaining is the fact Green spurned the Mavericks to sign with the Lakers in the offseason. So that alone made this shot worth the gamble the Lakers took, as they dominated in overtime and outscored the Mavericks 16-7 ultimately winning the game 119-110.
