2. Cheick Diallo

Here is an interesting name. Some may not even know who he is. Cheick Diallo is a member of the Phoenix Suns. One that hasn’t been given a consistent chance to show what he could do in extended periods of time.

He plays less than 10 minutes per game for the Suns. So, just like Daniels, he is not a regular part of his teams rotation. He does shoot 66% from the floor in his few minutes. He is another power forward/center just like Bell that could help absorb minutes behind AD and be available to play more minutes if injuries occur.

He has never been a great defender, but he has a little offensive game to him. He has continued to improve his shooting from the field and from the free-throw line throughout his career. So it’s not like he has been regressing, he just needs an opportunity to prove his worth to a team.

He is someone that you won’t see broadcasted all over the market but could be available in a trade. For a Phoenix team that is sixth-worst in the NBA in 3-point percentage at 34.5%, a reunion with Daniels could help them. He played the last two seasons before this year in Phoenix.

There were people who said Phoenix letting Daniels sign elsewhere was a mistake. He enjoyed good times in Phoenix, maybe that’s what he needs to get himself back on track and playing consistent minutes.
