Center: Zeke Nnaji, Arizona

Honorable Mentions: Xavier Tillman, Udoka Azubuike, Mamadi Diakite

The center position is a spot that is hard to figure in this draft past the lottery and it is a good thing that the Lakers will not be looking for a big man at pick 29 in all likelihood. Zeke Nnaji is a raw center who is slowly developing a three-point shot but was a versatile asset for the Arizona Wildcats in the 2019-2020 season.

Nnaji averaged 16.1 points and brought down 8.6 rebounds per game this past season while posting a solid 1.6 stocks per game. His wingspan likely limits his defensive ceiling, but he certainly should not be a liability on that end of the floor.

If the 19-year-old can improve upon his stroke from beyond the arc, he has a solid chance at becoming an NBA regular.

For a look at what Nnaji could become, he posted 14 points and grabbed 17 boards against an excellent Gonzaga team this season.

Xavier Tillman from Michigan State, Udoka Azubuike from Kansas, and Mamadi Diakite from Virginia all represent solid second-round options from big-name schools. Tillman has shown a willingness to shoot the three-ball and Azubuike is a traditional center, but a possibly elite one, dropping his status on draft boards.
