The Los Angeles Lakers finally play meaningful basketball on Tuesday as they host the Golden State Warriors to kick off regular-season action. The preseason has not been great for the Lakers, who put up a goose egg with an 0-6 record in the process.

We have already given our Lakers vs. Warriors prediction in terms of the betting line and the over/under but there are also some opportunities with prop bets as well. The return of meaningful basketball means the return of meaningful NBA betting, which is what we are here for today.

Our friends over at WynnBET have some solid prop bets for Tuesday’s contest. Today we break down our favorites to potentially bet on.

Lakers vs. Warriors prediction: 3 prop bets that will make you money

1. LeBron James under 24.5 points (-115)

LeBron has the highest points total of any player on the Los Angeles Lakers in this game and that is something that we should take advantage of. While he is still the face of the league and just dropped 30 points in the preseason finale against the Sacramento Kings, I would expect a smaller scoring feat in this game.

The Lakers have plenty of scorers, some of which were not playing in the preseason finale. The addition of those three-point shooters, as well as more minutes for Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis, is going to result in LeBron scoring fewer points.

LeBron is still likely going to cross the 20-point mark and is still going to play a big role in the game. That being said, it seems likely that we see something along the lines of 23 points, eight assists and eight rebounds.

It is not one of our official picks as it will be close but you can also double-down on this prop by betting LeBron over 6.0 assists (-125). If you like LeBron to score more than 24.5 points then maybe you take the under on the assists as well.
