The bad from the Los Angeles Lakers’ win:

Even with Anthony Davis back in the lineup, the Los Angeles Lakers still give up to many offensive rebounds!

If the Lakers didn’t give up 11 offensive rebounds to Brooklyn, this post-game report would have been finished by halftime. Granted the Nets did not take advantage of most of them, but the Lakers can’t just count on AD to do all the dirty work on the boards. Gang rebounding needs to be in effect for this team to be successful. The Nets had 18 offensive boards which is ridiculous when the only big man of consequence was Aldridge.

They allowed James Harden to get off scoring-wise!

The thing about James Harden is no matter how much of a diva he can be, he can go off for historic nights when angry. He scored 22 points in the first half alone including a bucket before halftime.

Outside of possibly LaMarcus Aldridge (Who wasn’t that great himself blowing layups and easy tips!) who scored 9 points, the rest of the Brooklyn roster looked awestruck after AD’s alley-oop dunk to start the game.

Harden finished with a triple-double with 33 points (11-24 shooting!), 12 rebounds (3 offensive!) and 11 assists. This is none of Lake Show Life’s business, but Kyrie Irving’s part-time arrangement is getting old with this guy. Kevin Durant will be out until after the All-Star break and Harden is having Rockets flashbacks these days.

Talen Horton-Tucker:

This is a message from Lake Show Life to THT. Relax brother! You aren’t going to get traded! Trust us. If you don’t believe the staff…please read!

Don’t fall into the trap that the other young Lakers players did with letting gossip mess with your play. If Frank Vogel isn’t getting fired and Russell Westbrook is not getting traded, you are going to be fine.

But 0-6 for zero points ain’t it. A rebound, a block and a foul in 19 minutes is what social media calls “Getting in cardio”.
