Shaq is undeniably one of the most dominant big men to ever play the game of basketball. At 7’1, there were very few who could stop him on the court.

He racked up numerous accolades throughout his career. He has multiple scoring titles, an MVP,15 All-Star selections, and six selections to the All-NBA First-Team, among other achievements.

He faced some of the greatest players in the history of basketball like Dikembe Mutombo, Patrick Ewing, and Alonzo Mourning and still came out victorious.

Shaq was special but paired with another Laker legend, Kobe Bryant the two were box office.

The duo of Kobe and Shaq is one of the greatest duos to ever exists in LA. From the skills that Kobe possessed to the physicality and dominance that Shaq inflicted on his opponents, the pair were almost always going to put on a show.

One of their best games as a duo came against the Sacramento Kings. Kobe had his first 40-point game and grabbed 10 rebounds and Shaq scored 39 points and had 20 rebounds.

They continued to dominate their opponents throughout their time together. They went to four NBA Finals and won three consecutive titles.
