The NBA All-Star Game starters have officially been announced and for the sixth year in a row (since they introduced the current format), Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James will be captaining one of the teams and making his roster selections.

No other Lakers were named an All-Star Game starter and with Anthony Davis’ foot injury that kept him out for over a month, LeBron may be the only Laker represented during All-Star Weekend.

Regardless of that, it is still must-see TV for Lakers fans with all of the festivities of the weekend and with the league likely celebrating LeBron passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in all-time scoring. Here is everything you need to know.

NBA All-Star schedule: Date, start time and TV channel
