The Los Angeles Lakers host the Washington Wizards at the STAPLES Center on October 25th, 2017. Here is all the information you will need to watch the game.

The Los Angeles Lakers will be welcoming the Washington Wizards to town tonight for their lone visit of the season. The Lakers are coming into the game with a 1-2 record, going 1-1 thus far at home. The Wizards enter at a perfect 3-0, going 1-0 thus far on the road.

Washington is in the midst of a four-game west coast trip. Their first stop was in Colorado to face the Denver Nuggets. Things went well, as they pulled out a 109-104 victory. Following tonight’s game, the Wizards will finish the California trip with visits to the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings.

Every game the Wizards have played this season has been decided by five points or fewer. The Lakers have had only one game finish that close; their victory on the road over the Phoenix Suns.

It will be another tough matchup tonight for rookie Lonzo Ball in the backcourt. John Wall is one of the best point guards in the NBA and is a terror to slow down. He is arguably the fastest player in the NBA with the ball in his hands.

The Lakers will have to keep that in mind and get back on defense. They have struggled on the defensive end of the court at times this season, so the perimeter players will have to step up.

Where the Lakers can take advantage is on the inside. For the first time all season they will not be going up against All-World players. This isn’t a knock against Kelly Oubre or Marcin Gortat; they just aren’t Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan or Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins.

Look for the Lakers to try and establish things on the interior with Brook Lopez. He was unable to get into a rhythm against the New Orleans Pelicans as the Lakers’ small ball lineup was succeeding. The Lakers should look to go to Lopez early and often to set the tempo and attempt to slow down the John Wall-led attack.

Luckily for fans, they will be able to watch the game tonight no matter what city they are in. The Lakers are once again on national television tonight. Can’t figure out where to watch the game? Don’t worry, we have you covered with all the information you will need to watch the Lakers and Wizards tonight.
