Lakers Head Coach Luke Walton took the mic next on Facebook Live.

Jim Hill got the first question again, and asked the Lakers Head Coach what has he been thinking about?

LW: I tell people today kind of feels like when you are a kid and Its that night before Christmas the day before Christmas and you are excited and you can’t really sleep, that’s what today feels like and that’s why you see me smiling and I can’t wait to get to practice tomorrow.

LW: We know players are going to make mistakes – we are trying to win, we are expecting that to happen.

He went on to say the players playing time will be based on if they are following instructions and playing defense. Is the player in the right spot, are they playing defense? That’s what he is looking for. He feels he has a lot of depth on the team and he is excited about that. He has written down a few rotations he would like to see in practice.

LW: Whoever is helping us win games is who will play – I’m not desperate to find a set rotation right now.

As far as the work ethic and habits the young players have developed over the summer will allow the team to have success with years to come with those guys around.

LW: I think they have done a really nice job with being professional at such a young age.

On Lebron being serious and business-like in his first Los Angeles Media press conference.

LW: More so today, he knows what time it is. He’s been around for a lot of years. He’s setting the tone: it’s time to work.

LW: There is definitely that look that I’ve seen before in somebody that I’ve used to play with that knows the season is coming up soon [reporter: wonder who that is?] — Ronnie Turiaf.
