Point Guard: Avery Bradley

While not a natural point guard, Avery Bradley does have the necessary size, lateral quickness and ability to play the point guard position. With LeBron James taking over playmaking duties, Avery Bradley will not be asked to quarterback an offense.

While it has been several seasons since Bradley has been the hard-nosed, in your face and gritty defender we saw with Boston, the potential is still there for him to get back to that level of play.

With the current coaching staff including Frank Vogel and Lionel Hollins, who preach tough defense, having them on staff might just be the spark in which Avery Bradley needs to get back to that level of play.

Bradley’s job in the starting line up will be to provide tough defense and 3-point shooting. If Bradley can regain the form which made him a feared defender as well being a sharpshooter from the 3-point line, then the Lakers will have added themselves an excellent player in Bradley.
